This workshop will provide a detailed overview of AASB15 and how the new standard will impact both businesses and not-for-profits. In this workshop, we will explain the practical and operation impacts AASB15 is likely to result in, including changes to your IT systems, reported results, customer contracts, bonus schemes, bank covenants, budgets, accounting manuals and disclosure templates.
About the presenters
| Jeff Tulk: Jeff is a registered company auditor and a financial reporting and assurance specialist. He has considerable experience in the oversight and conduct of audit engagements, from ASX listed companies to small member based organisations. He has over 20 years audit experience including as technical director with a large national firm. He is passionate about the not-for-profit sector. Jeff has provided audit services and advice to many organisations over an extended period of time. |

| Edward Jones: Edward is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a manager within the Audit division. He has experience in a broad range of industry areas including commercial manufacturing, vocational and higher education, financial services and a broad variety of charities and not-for-profit organisations. He is a specialist in financial reporting and is experienced in not-for-profit structuring, taxation and regulatory compliance issues. Edward also leads the firm’s Philanthropy and Social Enterprise specialist team. |
