Self Managed Super - What's it all about?
Did you know that almost a third of Australia’s $2.3 trillion superannuation investments are held in a Self Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) and that over 570,000 of these funds exist?
Wednesday 29 November 2017
We have seen some great retirement outcomes using SMSFs with our clients. Given that superannuation is increasingly your second largest asset after the family home, it pays to be aware of all the options available to manage it. SMSFs are not the best superannuation vehicle for everyone but they are ideal for some people.
If you have heard about SMSFs and wondered what they are, how they operate and if one might be right for you, this seminar will provide the information you’re looking for.
We'll look at the following issues as well as some case studies:
What is an SMSF?
Why would you want one?
What can they do that that another super fund can’t?
When are they a superior superannuation vehicle?
