Murray Baird: Murray joined the ACNC as the Assistant Commissioner (General Counsel) after a career as a private legal practitioner practising in not-for-profit and charity law and governance. He was previously Senior Partner and leader of the not-for-profit group at Moores Legal, Melbourne. As well as advising, writing and presenting on not-for-profit legal issues, Murray has acted in several leading cases in the field of charity law.

Michael Walsh - UCA Funds Management: Michael's career spans over 35 years in the financial services industry, and includes several executive and advisory roles in investment strategy and portfolio construction for personal investors. For the past 15 years he has been dedicated to the ethical investing sector and the specific financial attributes of non-profit organizations. He is currently the CEO of ethical funds manager UCA Funds Management.
Peter Shields - Saward Dawson: Peter has extensive experience with a diversity of audit clients operating across a breadth of industries. This enables him to undertake both internal and external audit and numerous consulting engagements. His rich experience enables him to undertake specialist consulting roles including due diligence investigations for proposed business purchases.
