In accordance with the Victorian Government directive,
our office will be closed from 5:00pm today. Here are some
practical things that will enable us to serve you
effectively and operate efficiently during the shutdown
- We will still be answering telephones. The main
office number will be diverted to our administration
team. If you encounter a problem with this please wait a
few minutes and try again. If you have the direct dial
of the person you want to speak with (this is usually
shown on their email signature), please use this number.
- Access to our post office box will be maintained but
will be restricted. Wherever possible please send
documents electronically. We have a secure online client
portal so this is the preferred means of uploading
documents. If you do not already have a login, please
call or email your main Saward Dawson contact and they
will assist you.
- If you have documents that are bulky that cannot be
delivered electronically, please let us know and we will
make arrangements to have these collected.
- If you have a payment to make, please pay online
rather than sending a cheque, as banking will be done
We assure you that we are open for business in spite of
the office closure and are taking every step to maintain
business as usual. Do not hesitate to contact us by phone or
email if you require any assistance.
