Saward Dawson is expanding

We recently celebrated 25 years in the City of Whitehorse, starting in Box Hill with just a handful of people. Eleven years ago, we moved into our current premises in Blackburn with about 15 people in our team. We have continued to increase our service offerings, the number of clients we proudly serve and, as a consequence, the size of our team. The last 18 months has proved a real challenge, finding space as new staff join us as our team approaches 60 people.

We are excited to announce that we are embarking on a project that will significantly extend our office space. Building over the existing car park, it will effectively double our current floor space. The project is expected to take about 15 months.

Changes to our car park

During the extension phase, we will be altering the existing entry and foyer layout because our existing car park will become a building site. Entry to our building will be through the lower glass door facing onto Albert Street.

Visitors will need to use on-street parking (Albert Street has plenty of 3 hour spots) and the council car park just south of our building on Railway Road also has plenty of extended parking available. In case you are wondering, our staff will need to take about a 10 minute walk from the nearest all day parking areas.

This will be an exciting project, enabling us to remain in our current premises in Blackburn for many years. We look forward to being able to stretch our legs in the new premises.
