The outlook is "Fair"
There has been a lot of media coverage about the Federal
Government’s Fair Work Act, the replacement for Work Choices. On
1 January 2010 all Australian businesses will have to comply
with the requirements.
Our
recent seminar aimed at business owners and managers about the
implications of the Fair Work Act was a great success. However,
many were unable to attend and the media coverage has not been
extensive.
Therefore we bring you a couple of articles, one about some of
the changes discussed at our seminar and the other about
implementing systems that will not only help your organisation
to comply with the Unfair Dismissal provisions, but also to
thrive.
Christmas wishes
2009 has certainly been an event filled year both in Australia
and globally. We wish all our clients and friends a chance to
