A wider perspective

Our successful Whitehorse Business Series last year presented speakers with topics that addressed the very important issues of leadership development and people management. These issues are common in all organisations today regardless of scale or industry. We received a lot of comments after Mark McCrindle spoke on Generations X and Y and David Jenkin presented on organisational culture. Many people requested the DVDs of the seminars.

For most businesses, their people represent a most valuable asset and the largest expense. We recognise the challenges faced by businesses in developing and managing people, together with the rewards of doing this well.

We are very pleased to announce our new alliance with People Axis, a specialised consulting business delivering leadership development and people management solutions to all businesses. Assistance in these vital areas has normally only been available to large organisations due to the resources required and associated costs. However, People Axis enables all businesses and organisations, regardless of size, to develop solutions to these very important people issues.

We are confident that, through our alliance with People Axis, we are now able to make these solutions available to our clients. (Read more)
