Shortly after Bruce Saward asked Cliff Dawson to join a very small Chartered Accountancy practice in 1984, the firm moved into premises in Prospect Street Box Hill. Twenty-five years later, we are celebrating this significant milestone. For the last 10 years, we have been located in Albert Street Blackburn after having renovated what was previously the “Vic Roads” building where many people in the eastern suburbs came to get their licence.
We now have four partners and a staff approaching 60 and are recognised as a leader in the vibrant Whitehorse business community. Our contribution to business in the region was reflected in winning the Whitehorse 2007 Best Overall Business and the Mayoral Corporate Citizenship Award. More recently, Saward Dawson was inducted into the Whitehorse Business Hall of Fame.
Bruce and Cliff have always had a passion for helping businesses to grow and thrive. Together with their commitment to making a difference in the local and broader communities this is the underlying ethos that has driven the firm’s success.

|The relationships with clients and others in the community; the richness of those relationships, many of which have developed over many years.|
|The changing face of Saward Dawson. The introduction of two additional partners and the maturing of staff as they take on more responsibility; the future looks bright.|
As part of our 25th anniversary, Saward Dawson is partnering with World Vision and Entrust to raise money for a very exciting venture in Cambodia. One that will change the lives of many people currently living below the poverty line. (Read more...)
